Our Spay/Neuter Assistance Program (SNAP) provides support for pet owners in Contra Costa County needing spay and neuter services for their companion cats and dogs.
In partnership with International Veterinary Outreach (IVO) and Contra Costa Animal Services (CCAS), we are pleased to offer low-income Contra Costa County residents assistance with spaying and neutering their companion pets through our Clinics held at CCAS monthly.
Spaying and neutering prevents health and behavior problems which improves the quality of life for dogs and cats in our community.
