This gal is nervous in her kennel but gains confidence once she’s outside. The more she walks the more she comes out of her shell. She is curious about other dogs and does a lot of observing when she’s meeting others. We see lots of great potential for Whitney to thrive once out of the shelter environment where she can get extra TLC, patience and socializing opportunities.
